Touchscreen Cart Policies and Procedures

 

· Do not remove any technical equipment or accessories from cart except for wireless mouse and keyboard during use

· Wireless mouse and keyboard are to be used explicitly for cart room monitors, not for personal equipment

· Wireless mouse and keyboard should be placed back into the storage built into cart after use

· Wireless mouse and keyboard dongle are to be kept in the USB port located in the back of the monitor

· All cables should be neatly placed back on the built-in shelf

· Carts may be used anywhere through the design laboratories but must be returned to permanent location indicated on cart

· Power cords should either remain plugged into the wall or attached to the cart using the Velcro strap provided

· Carts should not be used for personal storage and should house monitor equipment only – any materials/items left on carts will be removed

· Carts should be fully powered off after use

· Keep food and drink away from any technical equipment

 

 

 

Crit Room Policies and Procedures

 

· Table and chair configuration should be placed back into layout displayed on sheet in the crit room after use

· Wireless mouse and keyboard should not be left on the floor below monitors after use, instead placed on the table nearest the monitor

· All crit room monitors should be powered off using the control panel underneath the monitor

· Wireless mouse and keyboard are to be used explicitly for crit room monitors, not for personal equipment

· Wireless mouse and keyboard dongle are to be kept in the USB port located in the back of the monitor

· Keep food and drink away from any technical equipment

· Erase any writing/drawing on crit room glass walls after class s
