MLA and MRCP Report Final Defense presentations take place today, Wednesday and Friday. The presentations are in 106c and open to all. See the complete schedule here

APDesign Fellow Ray Willis, MRCP '71, will speak in Seaton 106c or the Pierce Common (TBD) this Thursday, April 17, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Please plan to attend and encourage your students to attend. Click here for his itinerary.

Academic Adviser Jayna Elsasser received an award from the Professional Development Fund offered by the President’s Commission on the Status of Woman to attend the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) Annual Conference in Minneapolis, MN October 8-11, 2014.

Associate Professor Blake Belanger and Assistant Professors Kevin Bernstein and Erin Wiersma (Art) received an Academic Excellence Award, $12,800, to purchase an industrial grade vacuum press. The press will be located in and maintained by APDesign.

A preliminary meeting will be held Thursday, April 17, 7:30-8:30 pm in Seaton Hall 106c to gauge interest in a 3-credit study abroad focused on Kyoto, Japan (with some time in Osaka & Tokyo), proposed for May 14-30, 2015.

A trial service beginning immediately and throughout the summer will allow Weigel Library patrons to request to have interlibrary loans delivered to Weigel. Click here for more information.

PhD candidate Philip Omunga will defend his dissertation on Friday, May 16 at 10 am in 106c.


The APA-KS Chapter is hosting a logo contest for its upcoming Annual Planning Conference scheduled for Oct 2-3 in Wichita, KS.Click here for more information on how to participate.
