Brenda joined the Office of Student and Academic Services in September 2013 as an Administrative Specialist. Brenda provides clerical support to the Director of Student and Academic Services and Academic Advisor, the Assistant Director of Recruitment, academic advisors, APDPro Coordinator, and other office staff members as needed. She maintains student records, verifies student academic data, monitors curriculum requirements, verifying transfer data, and creates absent notifications. She supervises the student assistants in the office and is the office manager. She is currently pursuing a degree in Family Studies and Human Services here at Kansas State University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting and photography.
