College of Architecture, Planning and Design

For Current K-State Students

The five-year Master's degree programs are designed for high school graduates and transfer students. It is an accredited degree that will result in a Master's degree instead of a Bachelor's degree and will lead to licensure or certification. APDesign offers four accredited five-year Master's degree programs:

APDesign offers an accelerated summer studio for transfer students. The accelerated summer bridge studio is designed to prepare qualified transfer students to enter the second year of the professional program of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Product Design or Landscape Architecture. Students who successfully complete the accelerated summer studio are able to potentially reduce the total length of time required to complete the accredited professional graduate programs at K‐State by one year (four years instead of five years at K‐State).
