10:00 am – Shuttle Bus #1 from FCO Airport (Rome Fiumicino) → Orvieto(Meet at Terminal 3 Arrival Info Point) 1:00 pm – Shuttle Bus #2 from FCO → Orvieto(Meet at Terminal 3 Arrival Info Point) Afternoon – Hotel check-in (after 2:00 pm) → FREE TIME 7:30 pm – Group Dinner at Charlie Ristorante, Via Loggia dei Mercanti, 14(Meet in hotel lobby piazza at 7:30 pm)
April 21st: Field trip to Florence
April 22nd: Workshops in Orvieto
