LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
American Society of Landscape Architects
Founded in 1899, ASLA is the national professional association for landscape architects, representing more than 15,000 members in 49 professional chapters and 72 student chapters. Members of the Society use the “ASLA” suffix after their names to denote membership and their commitment to the highest ethical standards of the profession.
Prairie Gateway Chapter of ASLA
The Prairie Gateway Chapter of The American Society of Landscape Architects (PGASLA) promotes the development, education and awareness of the landscape architecture profession throughout Kansas and Western Missouri. PGASLA members are dedicated to inspiring the public through work that enhances natural and built environments.
Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture
The Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture is composed of virtually all the programs of higher learning in landscape architecture in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There also are individual and institutional members from many other parts of the world who belong to the CELA family. CELA’s annual conferences focus on recent research and scholarship in all aspects of landscape architecture.

Kansas APA Chapter
The Kansas Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA Kansas) is a professional organization representing practicing planners, government officials, and citizens involved with urban, regional, and rural planning issues within the State of Kansas.
Kansas City APA Section
The Kansas City Section is a regional organization of planning professionals. Its members belong to the Missouri and Kansas Chapters of APA and the National APA.
Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning
The Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP) is a consortium of university-based programs offering credentials in urban and regional planning.
