70 students participating in internships in 2021-2022 academic year
To help students prepare for their future careers, APDesign teams with the K-State Career Center to offer several career preparation activities.
- Each semester, students have access to portfolio reviews, resume workshops, professional mentoring and leadership activities.
- Mock interviews, which take place each fall, give students a chance to "interview" with representatives from design and planning firms and receive crucial feedback.
- DesignExpo, APDesign's career fair, takes place each spring with firms from across the U.S. participating.
