Amie T. Keener, RID, IIDA, LEED AP, CDT is a registered Interior Designer and Associate at Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm widely recognized as the world’s leading collaborative design firm. She is a graduate from Kansas State University, with a Bachelor in Interior Architecture and specialty in furniture and product design.

Amie’s 15-year professional career is a reputable mix of commercial interiors projects for energy companies and professional service firms. Currently, Amie focuses on furniture services, and takes great pride in her work and client successes, where she helps develop and implement corporate furniture standards for clients such as Devon, Cenovus, Shell, Sewell, Texas Instruments and Jackson Walker. Amie brings valuable solutions to her clients and the built environment through her collaboration with many of the industry’s major manufacturers and furniture dealers.

Amie believes in giving back to the industry. She is past president of the Texas/Oklahoma Chapter of the IIDA and currently a board member of the Texas Association of Interior Design, advocating for legislative issues. In her spare time she enjoys scuba diving and helping design students.
