I am currently enrolled in the KSU College of Architecture, Planning & Design or at the colleges program at UMKC. Further, I have not entered this work in a previous KSU APDesign delineation competition.

I am willing to provide a digital copy of my work and am willing to authorize APDesign to publish or otherwise use my work for publicity about the college andor this competition.

I would be willing to let the college of Architecture, Planning & Design retain my entry for up to a year for display (with attribution) within the college.

I release and forever discharge the University, its trustees, officers, agents, employees, and any students acting as employees, from any and all liability for any damage, loss, or expense of any nature that my photos may incur during the competition.
