Shaun is currently responsible for repairing and maintaining all equipment in the IAPD shop as well as ordering all supplies for students to ensure they have the materials to complete their project. He assists in the APDesign Shops as well, with equipment, metals work, and other activities. Shaun regularly teaches students of all disciplines in the college the various types of welding and metal fabrication. He also teaches students about automotive grade finishes.

In addition to maintaining the IAPD shop, Shaun is the Hazardous material handler and safety coordinator. As a result of him holding these positions, he helps ensure the shop runs in the safest and most effective way possible.
