Congratulations to our MIAPD graduates! Several students were recognized during the ceremony for their contributions and achievements with awards:

News and Events

We are currently engaged in the first Innovation Boot Camp, a multi-disciplinary intersession course involving students from IAPD, LARCH, Entrepreneurship, and Industrial Systems and Manufacturing Engineering. The three-week course is being co-taught by Professors Dave Richter-O'Connell (IAPD), Kendra Ordia (IAPD), Chad Jackson (ENTR), and Dr. Margaret Rys (ISME). Look for more news on this front!

Competitions and More Awards

The annual KCADDR Furniture Design Judging occurred during finals week. Ten judges gave of their time to review the works created by 3rd year, 4th year, and 5th year students. Cash prizes were awarded to the following students:
Large Furniture Category
   1st place: Audrey George
   2nd place: Katherine Ortbals
   3rd place: Kyle Emme

Small Wood Items
   1st place: Veronika Adamova
   2nd place: Aaron Bisch
   3rd place: Teague Peak
   4th place: Elizabeth Stadterman
