4. Entries are limited to two by a single individual in all categories. Please be sure to affix a label to the back of your piece with your name and title.

5. Only two-dimensional work is eligible; no models will be accepted.

6. A wooden, metal, plastic or similar frame is highly recommended. While framed submissions are preferred, uni-frames will be allowed.

a. Uni-frames are frames which have no outside borders. They are usually covered in matte board with an overlay of Plexiglas with clips holding the matte board, work and Plexiglas together.

b. No uni-frames using glass as a cover will be accepted; only sturdy frames that surround the work may have glass.

7. Submissions must be on a rigid background to allow hanging from one- or two-point hangers. Submissions without such a background will not be accepted.

8. All entries must be submitted with a hanging device. Binder clips (that are large enough to support the weight of the project) are acceptable. SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT PROPER HANGING DEVICES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - NO TAPED STRINGS ON BACK.

9. Plexiglas is strongly recommended to protect the artwork and is preferred over glass to eliminate possible accidental breakage.

10. The name or initial of the author must not appear on the front of the entry.
