The goal of this portable table is to allow the tabletop to exist as a reaction to the major structural moves in the form. The metal structure appears to be one continuous piece that slowly drifts and bends to be able to support the tabletop piece. The bends in the structure allow for more visual interest, while also creating functional moments, like a place to put a spare sweater and a handle for portability. The functional features blend with the overall form, creating a seamless design that reads as one continuous whole.
