Lakehouse Project

This house, situated on the shore of Milford Lake, was designed for a family of four looking for a weekend getaway. At the client's request, an emphasis was placed on lake views and privacy from the street.Because of the limited square footage to work with, spaces are laid out as efficiently as possible while considering ease of use. Outside the house, a small reflecting pool surrounds a sunken fire and conversation pit, allowing the family a space to gather outdoors.
