Emotional Durability, Comfort, and Daily Activities had me inspired by the physical connection between humans that creates comfort. When seeking physical comfort, we seek a warm embrace to feel known and understood.

This inspiration can be translated through honest and clear fabrication incorporated with the use of unique bold form to allow a dining chair to take on a personality of its own. Designing a simple assembly will allow for details such as connection, materiality, proportion, and form to work together as design elements to create a piece that embraces its character and mimics a warm embrace through design considerations.
