Looking to the past for food preservation techniques, Canning is a time-tested but slightly dated way to preserve produce. This product addresses household food waste through the lens of food preservation. JAR takes a modernized approach to the canning process to make canning a more accessible and achievable way to preserve excess produce on the household scale.
