The Chameleon Clamp Lamp is a lighting product inspired by nature. The design is a form of biomimicry influenced by the eyes and hands of a chameleon. This design was focused on an in-depth examination of lighting fixtures and desk lamps to create a lighting solution that reflects aspects of a chameleon. The initial steps included analyzing the market, defining user groups and needs, environmental issues, and materials, then researching chameleons to develop a conceptual design using biomimicry. The final steps involved prototyping and adjusting the physical applications and functions discovered in the research.
