Interior Design

Acquire professional capacities to design environments that shape human behavior and foster human health.

The interior design program provides students the opportunity to explore the rich intersections between human ecological theory, design theory and interior design practice. Students are admitted through a selective admissions process and are taught to become professionals who design interior spaces that are sustainable, founded on evidence-based strategies, and enhance user satisfaction, health, well-being, productivity and safety for all and at all stages in life.

Why
Interior Design?
The program has guided me and encouraged me throughout the entire process. I feel supported in taking risks and exploring the possibilities in design solutions driven by the question of “What if?”
Kate Lennon
I learned how to push forward during challenges and to look forward to feedback. Our program sets us up to succeed and teaches us how to manage work-life balance. With a focus on professionalism, I felt very prepared for my internship.
