Field Trips

Field trip opportunities are an integral part of developing a design student’s vision of the diversity in the profession of interior design as well as design's importance to our culture. The cities we visit vary year to year. Some cities we have most recently traveled to are Kansas City, Chicago, and Witchita.

 

Education Abroad

We encourage studying abroad and participation in our regularly scheduled faculty-led international study tours. These opportunities expand our students’ understanding of the world and how their future in the industry will be impacted by global influences. Studying abroad provides students with opportunities to engage in life-changing experiences. In addition to the many programs offered by the university, the department offers specific programs for interior design.
