This project is "Trance", by Reagan Roberts in Furniture Design I with Assistant Professor Scott Barton. Reagan graduated in 2025.
Trance is a student work that features a book storage rack and a small table top to set a few reading essentials. Reading has been shown to put our minds in a trance-like state, bringing health benefits of deep relaxation and inner calm. Two handles on the back provide easy movement to move the table to wherever desired.
