ARCHiNFO | 31 January 2014
Jay Siebenmorgen's lecture yesterday was extremely exciting. Great work and on top of it, Jay is just a really great person and humble in his achievements. He represents us well.
Our faculty search is moving right along so please take time to review the candidates. We were clearly overachievers in our hires last year so I hope we can continue the streak.
Faculty applications for teaching in Italy are due next Friday.
If you are interested in what happened with last year's graduates I have some statistics. For architecture grads, 87% responded. 91% are employed and 6% are seeking employment. The other 3% are in other things. Average salary was $39,337. A pretty good result if you ask me considering the numbers were around 67% three years ago.
Have a great weekend.
